With implants, judgement comes before placement

Even for the same implant treatment, every patient starts from a different place. The plan depends on the amount and quality of bone, the gums, the bite, and the condition of existing restorations.

That is why we start not with “extract and implant”, but with “can this tooth be saved?” We keep the teeth that can be kept and plan implants only where they are truly needed.

We believe half of an implant’s outcome is decided before it is placed. Accurate diagnosis comes first.
