Cases
01Revision · iliac graftAfter two failed bone grafts: an implant rebuilt with iliac autogenous bone
Repeated graft failures had left the jawbone thin. A block of the patient’s own bone, harvested from the hip (ilium), was grafted under local anesthesia to rebuild a foundation for the implant — a demanding revision. Autogenous bone carries a low risk of rejection, and the block form was planned for stable integration.

03Full lower archOnly roots remaining: restored with a full lower-arch implant
Only the roots of the lower back teeth remained, making chewing difficult. After extraction, implants were placed across the lower arch; teeth that could be saved were kept, and only necessary treatment was done.

04Extraction · implantYoung, but not immune
