Even complex cases — bone loss, inflammation, nerve risk — are reviewed in detail to look for a way forward.
Cases with overlapping problems — insufficient bone, inflammation, or a risk of nerve damage — are often told treatment will be difficult.
The more complex the case, the more carefully we examine the bone, gums and nerve position before looking again for a possible approach. Where needed, we plan staged treatment such as bone grafting.
